So far all we've seen of The Paramount, the first in what will eventually be three residential buildings at the South Market District, are high-quality, staged photos of units and some stock images of people working out and stuff supposed to represent the building amenities. But in an ad for one of the units on Craigslist — a 1,189 square-foot two-bedroom for $3,150 a month — some photos of the building's pool, gym and other common areas have surfaced, so those of us who don't actually live there can creep around.
The photos, which include one of the unit with no furniture in it, are not very professional looking, so you get a good idea of what the place actually looks like.
What do you think? As magical as you expected?
