Last fall we started hearing about a new development from Joshua Bruno's MetroWide Apartments, the Mid-City iLofts, a "luxury" apartment building promising a suite of tech amenities including copious iDevice docks (so you can shuffle your Nano while you update your MySpace top 8). More pictures of the development have started popping up on Craigslist. What do you think?
Available units in the development, on N. Scott Street behind the American Can apartments, range from a $1,200/month one-bedroom to a $2,475 two-bedroom.
The first photo is by yours truly, because all exterior shots in the ads are renderings or taken in the dark.
