After a $4 million renovation that began in May 2014, the apartments in the former St. Anna's Asylum are now on the rental market. Available apartments, which were planned to go for "above market" rents, are ranging from $2,075 for a 752-square-foot one-bedroom to $5,250 for a 2,090 square-foot three-bedroom.

Units in the 40,000 square-foot property on Prytania and Felicity Streets started popping up on Craigslist today, and you can also browse the vacancies on Felicity Property Co.'s website. The building was originally a "widow's home" built in 1853, first called the St. Anna's Asylum for the Relief of Destitute Females and Their Helpless Children of All Religions, and most recently it was an assisted living facility. Amenities in the renovated building include a fitness room, outdoor kitchen and grill and a "doggy run."
