Turnbull Bakery Redevelopment Now Called Bakery Village, Will Include 15 Homes

Some more information is available about the redevelopment of the former Turnbull Bakery in the Irish Channel into a luxe residential area. Webre Consulting, developer Nicole Webre's company, sent out a press release this week referring to the project as Bakery Village, and it's set to include 15 single family houses and residential lots. (it was previously reported to include 17 homes.)

The Bakery Village website has more information about the development, which gives potential residents the option of purchasing a residential lot, choosing a home package with architectural plans, or customizing a home with the project's architect, Alec Adamick of Adamick Architecture.

Home packages start at $629,000 for a 2,825 square-foot, three bedroom, two-and-a-half bathroom Greek Revival-style home, and go up to $749,000 for a 3,356 square-foot three bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom camelback.

Three of the 15 lots are available to purchase as completed homes, four are under contract, and the rest are available.
