Carrollton House that Looks Like a Lego Asks $289K

This house sort of looks like a cabin built inside of a giant Lego — and I'm kind of digging it. The Carrollton 1,365 square-foot two-bedroom, two-bathroom unfortunately is not furnished in the photos, aside from what appears to be some virtual staging in one photo, but I can imagine a cool modern-meets-rustic look in the hands of a good designer. The bathrooms and kitchen definitely need some work. The big den has a vaulted ceiling, and there is a side patio. What do you think: a unique home with potential, or too sauna-ish?
