The condo craze hasn't really hit Mid-City yet, but that may change soon. The City Planning Commission is set to discuss condos at a vacant lot on 3100 Banks St. at its meeting tomorrow.
Property owners New Orleans Redevelopment Fund, LLC and GCE Green Development are planning a "building with 17 residential condos on the upper floors with commercial spaces on the first floor."
The condos were previously approved by the Commission under the city's old Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance. Will the CPC look kindly on these condos once again?
