MK Red's 32HUNDRED Gets HDLC Approval, Has New Renderings

New, 1 comment

MK Red's Bywater condo development 32HUNDRED is moving along. Last week it nabbed Historic District Landmarks Commission's approval, and it released renderings of the building's penthouse units.

Kyle Resmondo of MK Red says the next step for the project, planned to go up near the foot of the Piety Street bridge to Crescent Park, is getting the building in line with storm water retention requirements that are part of the Greater New Orleans Urban Water Plan.
