Holy Cross cottage asking $269K after price cut

It was renovated by the Preservation Resource Center in 2013

An adorable Holy Cross cottage renovated by Operation Comeback, a program of the Preservation Resource Center, and currently owned by Coast Roast Coffee owner Kevin Pedeaux and his wife, Ashley, just got another price cut. It originally hit the market in August at $289,000, and after a second price cut it’s down to $269,000.

An exposed brick fireplace divides the living and dining areas, providing some openness but some distinction between the two rooms. The master bedroom leads out onto a back patio with a storage shed. In total, the home is 1,200 square feet.
