A mixed-use space on S. Carrollton Avenue on the corner of Oak Street, formerly a Whitney Bank, is now for sale.
Currently, the building houses Pho Bistreaux restaurant and the Nail Lounge salon. The building suffered a one-alarm fire this summer.
On the outside, the gorgeous old bank building has ornate details. The interior is not nearly as interesting, but it boasts a prime location in this Riverbend commercial corridor, right on the Carrollton streetcar line.
