Esplanade Avenue mansion sells for $2 million

It was asking $2.2 million

This drop-dead gorgeous mansion on the French Quarter side of Esplanade Avenue, which hit the market in March 2015, just sold for $2 million, according to City Business. The most recent asking price was $2,200,000.

Within these four stories of grandeur are Corinthian columns under ornate archways in the double parlor and 16-foot ceilings with original medallions. There's a huge master bathroom. The 6,319 square-foot manse also includes a separate apartment.
