According to Uptown Messenger, some people are unhappy with the New Orleans Nix Library branch.
The Central Carrolton Association is asking for the Nix library branch to incorporate handicap access. The organization is pushing for the access to be added in the library’s upcoming renovation.
So far, there has been no word if the new renovations will add ramp access.
The CCA says that an added ramp could assist people using wheelchairs, walkers, and parents with strollers.
