Update: 731 St. Charles Avenue Condominium units as low as $399K

Spaces available from 735 to 1,446 square feet

This past November, construction crews began renovating 731 St. Charles Avenue, converting it from an old office building to a multi-use condominium with 65 residential units and two commercial units. The construction is expected to be completed in spring of 2018.

Today, 731 St. Charles Avenue listed 14 residential units for sale on and a series of other broker sites.

The most inexpensive unit, costing $399,900, has 735 square feet and has one bedroom, one full bathroom and a half-bathroom. The unit also includes a dedicated laundry room.

The median unit, coming in at $659,900, has 1,122 square feet. This unit has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

The most expensive unit is 1,446 square feet with a price tag of $999,900. The unit includes two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a living room.

All units include one assigned, on-site, covered parking space in the condominium.

The building is designed by Rozas Ward Architects, a New Orleans based architecture firm. The building is contracted by McDonnell Construction services.
