This Moxy is located a short distance from that controversial proposed Moxy Hotel, planned to go up on the 700 block of St. Charles Avenue. So eventually, you might be able to walk from Moxy to Moxy.
Owned by the Georgia-based Noble Investment Group, the New Orleans outpost of the 108-room hotel is part of the brand's U.S. debut (a Tempe, Arizona location will be opening around the same time).
According to a press release, pre-opening events to for the hotel "to get the blood pumping" include an "exclusive invite-only sleepover."
