It's asking $649,000

Baker's Row, MK Red's eight-unit, townhouse-style condo development at the site of the old Hubig's Pie factory, is taking shape in Bywater. The firm has put the first unit on the market, as well as released renderings, unit amenities, and other information about the development.

Going up at the 2400 block of Dauphine Street, MK Red has listed the first unit at $649,000, and all other units will start at $600,000. Units will include two bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, 10-foot ceilings, and 30-foot glass walls. Other amenities include off-street parking, hot tub decks, covered balconies and front porches, and an outdoor kitchen.

The condos are under construction right now.
