↑ This 1,000 square-foot one-bedroom in Mid-City near Bayou St. John contains beautiful historic details, including fireplace mantles, hardwood floors, and ceiling medallions. The unit also includes a fenced-in shared backyard, alarm system, and washer/dryer. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis.

↑ Over in the University Area, this 750 square-foot one-bedroom in a gated complex includes utilities in the rent (including internet and cable). The kitchen has a dishwasher. Cats are allowed.

↑ The 1,300 square-foot one-bedroom, one-and-a-half bathroom in St. Roch features an open layout, an extra room that could be an office, large side and front porches, and a backyard. There's also central air/heat and one off-street parking spot. Small pets considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional pet deposit.

↑ The second floor, 600 square-foot one-bedroom apartment is on Magazine Street three blocks from Whole Foods in Uptown. The unit boasts high ceilings, wood floors, large windows, a claw-foot bathtub/shower, large closets, secure bicycle storage, and on-site washer/dryer. No pets are allowed.
