Sentencing for the weapons charge that's kept real estate heir Robert Durst in Louisiana is scheduled for tomorrow.
He is asking a federal judge to recommend a Los Angeles prison, putting him closer to medical facilities he needs and his eventual trial for the murder of Susan Berman.
His illness was also why he was transferred from Orleans Parish Prison to Elayn Hunt Correctional Center facility in St. Gabriel near Baton Rouge.
Durst pleaded guilty to the gun charge in February, accepting an 85-month prison sentence.
