Warehouse District 'Urban Oasis' With Courtyard and Saltwater Pool Asks $2.8M

It got a big renovation in 2014

A former commercial structure in the Warehouse District underwent a massive transformation into an industrial chic family home. Now the 4,358 square-foot "urban oasis" is on the market.

Built in 1845, the building was completely gutted and renovated in 2014 by developer Dotan Bonen (he would use the space as his family home), Fins Construction, Hauss Builders, and Charles Neyrey of M2 Studios. Reclaimed wood from the original structure adds warmth to the industrial space with soaring 14-foot ceilings.

One of the biggest additions was the luxe courtyard and saltwater pool. Tall brick walls add style and privacy.

The home also includes a large second floor balcony, a master bedroom with huge walk-in closet, and a master bathroom with a steam shower.

What's the asking price? $2,800,000.
