A grand Garden District center hall, once one of the most expensive Airbnbs in the world, got a price chop recently. It was asking $3,350,000 when it hit the market in February, and now it's down to $3,250,000.
Boasting 6,618 square feet of space, the property includes a saltwater pool, putting green, large fountain, and parking area for at least five cars; in addition to that square footage is a two bedroom, two bathroom guest house.
The circa 1851 house features original architectural features, including ornate moldings, ceiling medallions, fireplace mantels, high ceilings, and wood floors.
