It’s happening! The McEnery Co., which the Industrial Development Board hired to put a value on the abandoned Six Flags New Orleans, is reportedly "well into the appraisal process." The company has a third visit to the site scheduled today.
The company is relying on "input from experts in the fields of demolition, salvage and personal property" to arrive at how much this creepy pile of metal is worth. After the appraisal, the board is looking to finally unload the park on a buyer.
