Losing World Trade Center Bidder Contests Judge’s Decision to Throw Out Lawsuit

Lest you thought the legal fight between Two Canal Street Investors and the city was finally over, the ever-litigious losing bidder on the World Trade Center New Orleans lease is contesting a judge’s decision to throw out their lawsuit.

Say what you will about these guys, but they sure are intrepid.

The group’s opposition stems from Orleans Civil District Judge Tiffany Chase’s decision to require the company to post $750,000 in security to continue pursuing their case. You can read about the whole thing in detail over at NOLA.com.
