↑ Over in Treme, this 780 square-foot one-bedroom has pretty architectural features including high ceilings, hardwood floors, mantles, stained glass and exposed brick. There’s a coin operated laundry on-site. No pets are allowed.

↑ On a cute street a block from Magazine Street, the 500 square-foot one-bedroom has an in-unit washer/dryer. Only cats are allowed.

↑ The 529 square-foot one-bedroom in Uptown a few blocks from Irish Channel boasts original pine floor, 12-foot ceilings, and a washer/dryer in the unit. Recent updates include an iron security gate, a brick walkway/private courtyard, and 7-foot cedar privacy fence. Monthly pest control is included. No pets policy is mentioned.

↑ For $1,095 you get a 1,000 square-foot three-bedroom in Hollygrove. The renovated apartment has all new appliances, new central air, chandeliers, and a security system. Pets are allowed.
