Renovated Gentilly Terrace craftsman bungalow asks $275K

New, 4 comments

It was and recently renovated with contemporary touches

This Robin egg blue craftsman, which got a renovation with on-trend details, just hit the market in Gentilly Terrace.

Built in 1996 and recently renovated by the company Avant Garde, the home originally had two bedrooms but added a master suite with a barn door in the renovation.

The renovated home also has a contemporary kitchen with a subway tile backsplash; one bathroom with shiplap paneled walls and another with subway tile, a cast iron clawfoot tub, and a double vanity with vessel sinks.

Outside there’s a large front porch and space for a garden, as well as backyard with a storage shed. It’s asking $275,000.

[NOTE: Stating the home was built in 1996 was a typo. The house was probably built in the 1920s. We apologize for the error.]
