The interior laundry room is furnished with a full side-by-side washer and dryer, and there’s a large gated driveway. No pets.

↑ This 750 square-foot one-bedroom on Bourbon Street in the French Quarter includes utlities in the rent. The unit has tall ceilings, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, and a courtyard with a washer/dryer. Only cats are allowed.

The kitchen has wood butcher block counters, a farm sink, and stainless steel appliances—including a washer and dryer, refrigerator, range oven, and dishwasher. The home has a ductless AC and a covered deck. Pets are considered.
