Renovated Warehouse District 'urban oasis’ gets a price cut

Perhaps the biggest addition in the renovation was the luxe courtyard and saltwater pool, surrounded by tall brick walls

After being off the market for a bit, this former Warehouse District commercial property that got a makeover into a sprawling home with a pool is back for sale—and at a lower price.

Built in 1845, the building was completely gutted and renovated in 2014 by developer Dotan Bonen. The 4,358 square-foot home has reclaimed wood from the original structure, adding warmth to the industrial space with soaring 14-foot ceilings. Perhaps the biggest addition in the renovation was the luxe courtyard and saltwater pool, surrounded by tall brick walls.

Originally asking $2,800,000, the price is now down to $2,595,000.
