Bywater Victorian side hall gets another price cut

Could this be the magic price, or will it go down some more?

A few weeks after hitting the market, a Bywater side hall originally asking $499,000 got reduced to $488,000. Now the price is down again—it’s asking $475,000. Could this be the magic price, or will it go down some more? (It’s worth noting the home was on the market in 2011 for $279,000 and in 2014 for $379,000 before selling in March 2014.)

The home has a lot of cozy and cool touches, with high ceilings, gorgeous pocket doors, antique pine floors, and fireplace mantles along with a bathroom with trendy subway tile. One room even has a custom built-in shelf and Murphy bed. Out back, there’s a lush brick courtyard.
