Grant will expedite I-10 ramp to new Armstrong Airport terminal

The state recently received a $60 million federal transportation grant, $10 million of which will go toward the ramp

A new I-10 ramp going to and from the new terminal at Armstrong International Airport will be complete sooner than expected thanks to some new funding, The Advocate reports.

The state recently received a $60 million federal transportation grant, $10 million of which will go toward the ramp.

There’s no projected date for the ramp’s completion, but the terminal is scheduled to be complete by October 2018, and Landrieu says things are moving according to schedule and budget.
