We know you’re all thrilled for the massive Dave & Buster’s taking shape on Poydras Street, the first Louisiana outpost of the arcade bar chain. Going up at 1200 Poydras St., the Dave & Buster’s development will also include a parking garage and French bistro on the ground floor, making for a total of 264,000 square feet. The developer, Waypoint Lodging, also owns the Hyatt Regency, Hyatt House, and the Entergy Building.
