It was built this year and includes eco-friendly features

The second contemporary home to hit the market this week, this Central City home designed by architect Corey Newell is made out of recycled shipping containers.

The 1,280 square-foot three-bedroom, built this year, has an open floor plan and a long, narrow kitchen. Eco-friendly features include spray-foam insulation, low-flow plumbing fixtures, and tankless water heaters. Outside, there’s a small deck and backyard.

What’s the asking price? $255,000.
