Contemporary Marigny condos hit the market, ask $405K

A run-down eight-plex got a contemporary makeover

A pair of developers have two projects in the works in the Marigny and Bywater, including redeveloping the long-vacant former NOPD horse stables on Poland. Their other project, renovating a run-down eight-plex into a contemporary condo complex, has hit the market.

The building’s four units are 1,295 square feet each, with two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. Features include engineered wood flooring, Energy Star appliances, and a loft area with a built-in desk. Units include off-street parking, and the building offers some backyard and courtyard space.

What’s the asking price? $405,000.
