↑ Another cute Uptown cottage, this 350 square-foot furnished guest house going for $950 features wood floors, granite counter tops, a tin backsplash in the kitchen, an in-unit washer/dryer, microwave, refrigerator, stove, and television. An additional $250 per month covers all utilities, including cable. No pets are allowed.
↑ If you feel cooped up in this 428 square-foot studio at the 925 Common apartment complex in the CBD, you can hang out at the sweet rooftop pool deck. Rent is $1100.
↑ This 500 square-foot unit is in a renovated building in the LGD. The apartment has hardwood floors, a nice-sized shower, a full kitchen, and a balcony.
