According to Torres, his home was built in the 1800s and is one of the few homes in the French Quarter to have a front yard.
The mansion has several distinct features such as crown molding plastere (which was recently remolded by hand), soaring 14 feet ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and custom white glass cabinetry.
Most notably, the bathroom has custom stone flooring imported from Italy with a beautiful pattern design throughout.
The home doesn’t have permeant furniture as of now, but Torres plans to get custom-made furniture within the next few months.
In the meantime, Torres is promoting his new CNBC primetimeshow “The Deed,” which will air Wednesday, March 1, at 9 p.m., Central Time. The new show, hosted by Torres and Sean Colon, will follow the two real estate moguls as they serve as investment gurus, saving rising investors from financial demise.
