After nearly three years of planning, the Musee Conti Wax Museum and its annex building will reopen as a luxury condominium in January of 2018.
Called La Cire Condominiums, the development maintained the original facade of the museum’s main building and its annex. To accommodate the structure’s 16 residential units, the developers added two floors to the main building and one floor to the annex.
Located at 917 Conti Street, the luxury condominium will have a shared rooftop pool, hot tubs, sun deck, and fitness center at its annex. The condo will also have 15 optional parking spaces for residents.
