Welcome to Curbed Comparisons, a semi-regular column that explores what one can rent for a set dollar amount in various New Orleans neighborhoods. Is one man's studio another man's townhouse? Let's find out! Today, we're looking at apartments renting around $1,200.

Dogs (but no mentions of cats) are allowed in this unit.

Its two-bay facade has an adorable dormer and three petite columns. It has an open floorplan with recessed lighting and a free-standing brick fireplace. This home also has the option of coming partially furnished.
