Warehouse District ‘urban oasis’ just got a $145K price cut

It’s beautiful courtyard makes the home worthwhile alone

Built in 1845, is a beautifully designed warehouse-turned-home located on Baronne Street.

The home listed for $2,800,000 almost a year ago, and received at $205,000 price cut by August of 2016. Last year, the home was featured as one of the 25 most expensive homes on the market in New Orleans on Curbed NOLA.

This past February, the price of the home was reduced by another $145,000, leaving the house for sale at $2,450,000.

The home is a block from Julia Street and two blocks from Loyola Avenue. The surrounding neighborhood has an incredible Walk Score of 91.

The warehouse district home was recently renovated in 2014 by Dotan Bonen, Fins Construction, Hauss Builders, and Charles Neyrey of M2 Studios.

Previously an industrial space, the home has beautiful wood design, exposed brick and beans, floating stairs, and soaring 14-foot ceilings tucked into 4,358 square feet of living space.

Out back is a luxurious, private courtyard, and a saltwater pool.
