This past week, Mississippi-based developer Spectrum Capital announced plans to build an 86-unit mixed-use condominium at 1100 Annunciation Street.

Officially named Eleven Hundred Annunciation, the condominium will stand 16-stories tall, with balconies available to all residents. Construction of the condominium is planned for later this year and is expected to cost $70 million.

Available units will have between one to four bedrooms, ranging from 740 to 3,000 square feet; 10-foot ceilings; and between one to three private balconies.

Retail space will be available on the ground floor, but no further details have been announced.

Other amenities include a rooftop pool, community lounge, fitness center, personal storage units and a four story parking garage.

Trapolin + Peer Architects will design the luxury tower.
