At the rear of the home is a shared backyard. Off-street parking is available, and pets are negotiable.

2210 Governor Nicholls Street

↑ Located in Treme is this renovated shotgun for $1,350/month. The 1,000-square-foot home has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The home comes fully furnished, including a washer and dryer. Inside are refinished hardwood floors, exposed-brick fireplaces, and soaring ceilings. Outback is a modestly-sized landscaped garden. There is no off-street parking and pets are not allowed.

↑ Right in Bayou St. John, this stands-alone carriage house goes for $1,200/month. The 600-square-foot home has one bedroom and one bathroom. At entry, the apartment has a large open dining and living room that seeps into its kitchen area. The rental includes kitchen appliances and a washer and dryer. Small dogs are considered with a pet deposit of $350. There is no off-street parking.

1521 St Roch Avenue

↑ If living in the Marigny is more of your style, check out this two-bedroom apartment for $1,295/month. Located at 1521 St. Roch Avenue, this home has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and 1,100 square feet. The interior is adorned with beautiful hardwood flooring and charming windows. This newly renovated 7th Ward cottage asks $1,400/month. While slightly over budget, this home has two bedrooms and 1,000 square feet. Located in the back half of the complex, the home has an open floor lingo and dining room and a dedicated laundry room. A washer and dryer and stainless steel appliances are included in the rental. This apartment also comes with price access to an over-sized screen porch.
