Warehouse District’s planned luxury condominium units list for as much as $2.299M

Construction is planned for 2017

Spectrum’s planned $70 million luxury condominium will house 90 units.

This past April, developer Spectrum Capital announced plans for its $70 million condominium, located in the Warehouse District. Since its announcement, several reservation listings became available.. So far, prices for the units range from $429,900 to $2,299,900.

On the lower end is this 874-square-foot unit with one bedroom and one bathroom. Marked as Unit #702, this condo has a living room and an in-unit laundry room. Wood flooring and 10 foot ceilings (with the kitchen measured at nine feet) are standard throughout the home. Like the other 90 units in the planned development, this home will also have a private balcony and one parking space. HOA dues are $437/month.

On the upper end is Unit #1303, priced at $2,299,900. The premiere unit has three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and 3,030 square feet. This unit has an office space, living room, kitchen, and in-unit laundry. Wood flooring and 10 foot ceilings (except in the kitchen, which is also nine feet) are standard throughout the unit. This home also has a private balcony and two parking spaces. HOA dues are $1512/month.

Available units in the luxury condominium will range from 740 to 3,000 square feet. Each residence will have one to three balconies.

Shared amenities include a rooftop pool, community long, fitness center, personal storage units, and a four-story parking garage. Commercial space will be reserved on the ground floor.
