Least expensive homes in the Central Business District, Warehouse District in New Orleans

Starting at $210,000

Last May, our friends at NeighborhoodX analyzed house prices in one of New Orleans’s most expensive neighborhoods, the Central Business District. In its last analysis, NeighborhoodX valued the average price per square foot at $444 per square foot.

This week, Neighborhood X found the least expensive properties in the CBD and Warehouse District, with prices ranging from $210,000 to $255,000.

Unit #305 of 402 Julia Street ranks as the least expensive property on NeighborhoodX’s analysis. Estimated at $210,000, the condominium has 535 square feet, one bedroom and, one bathroom. Highlights include refreshing wood trimming and a relatively open living space.

760 Magazine Street unit #208 ranks as one of the most expensive units on the Central Business District’s list of least expensive homes. Priced at $253,500, this home has one bedroom, one bathroom, and 606 square feet. While not much larger than the least expensive unit, this home has in-unit laundry, walk-in closet, kitchen pantry and covered parking.
