9010 Hayne Blvd
This raised shotgun, located at the lakefront, ranks as the most expensive property, priced at $146 per square foot. This home has two bedrooms, one bathrooms, and 884 square feet. While the inside of the home is not the most beautiful, the house does have ample backyard space and comes with an additional side lot. Compared to other New Orleans neighborhoods, its $129,000 price tag stands out as attractive.
NeighborhoodX ranks this single-family townhouse as the least expensive home on the neighborhood list. Priced at $40 per square foot, this home has three bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and 1,200 square feet. While there is not much information on the condition of the home (though, we can all say it needs some TLC), the property itself sells for $48,000.
The Little Woods neighborhood is bounded by Lake Pontchartrain, Downman, Morrison, and Paris roads, and Interstate-10.
