June 2017: Hollygrove neighborhood price range

It sits right before the Jefferson parish line

Over the last few months, our friends at NeighborhoodX have analyzed house prices in New Orleans. So far, the analytics and research firm evaluated over 10 New Orleans neighborhoods in depth and released a global analysis of fifteen popular neighborhoods in the city.

Today NeighborhoodX visited Holygrove, which has an average price per square foot of $87. In comparison to other New Orleans neighborhoods, Hollygrove ranks among the least expensive.

3120 Leonidas Street sits as the most expensive property, priced at $157 per square feet. The 1,717 square foot home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Notable features include its freshly-paved patio, large driveway, spacious rooms, and semi-covered deck located at its rear. The asking price is $269,000.

This four-bedroom home located on Forshey Street, ranks as the least expensive home in Hollygrove, priced at $42 per square foot. Measuring in at 1,913 square feet, this home has four bedroom and two bathrooms. Highlights include its installed solar panels, a bonus room, and a garage. The asking price is $82,000.
