Notable features include hardwood flooring, a private balcony, detached storage, and furnished kitchen. There is no mention of any pet policy and off-street parking is not provided in the rental agreement.

If you don’t mind the upcoming construction happening nearby, check out this Lakeview apartment on Canal Boulevard renting for $1,000/month. While under budget, this home has one bedroom, one bathroom, and 1,000 square feet. While it doesn’t have the most attractive finishing or wood work, this apartment does come with washer and dryer hookups and off-street parking. There’s no mention of any pet policy, though.
