Coming fully-furnished, it also offers in-unit laundry, an updated kitchen, and shared backyard. No pets are allowed and there is no off street parking associated with the unit.

This second-floor Marigny apartment on Chartres Street rents for $1,150/month. At 615 square feet, this home has one bedrooms and one bathroom. Notable features include hardwood flooring, a private balcony, detached storage, and furnished kitchen. There is no mention of any pet policy and off-street parking is not provided in the rental agreement.

If you don’t mind the upcoming construction happening nearby, check out this Lakeview apartment on Canal Boulevard renting for $1,000/month. While under budget, this home has one bedroom, one bathroom, and 1,000 square feet. While it doesn’t have the most attractive finishing or wood work, this apartment does come with washer and dryer hookups and off-street parking. There’s no mention of any pet policy, though.

For $1,100/month you can rent this large apartment in the 7th Ward. This 1,000-square-foot apartment has two bedrooms, a bonus room, and two bathrooms. While spacious, it does not come furnished. The landlord lives in the other half of the duplex. Cats are allowed under the rental agreement, but off-street parking is not provided.
