This developer has made progress turning the old Hubig’s pie factory into an eight-unit development.
Last year, MK RED announced its new set of luxury condominiums located at 2413-21 Dauphine Street. The development team teased renderings in an experimental listing, asking $649,000 in April of 2016. Today, the MK RED said the townhouse-styled condos are nearly complete.
Each of the listed luxury condominiums will have two bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms, and an open floor plan. Other highlights include 10-foot ceilings and individual courtyards, porches, and balconies for each unit.
The developer said the condos will range from $615,000 to $715,000. The actual units will list within the next month.
Over the last year, MK RED chronicled the development of these condos on its official Facebook page. Right now, the back four units are 90 percent complete and the front four units are 75 percent complete.

“We’re about 30 days out from the condominiums being complete. The grass, paving and sidewalks are all done. The back four units will be done before the end of the week and the front four units aren’t very far behind,” said Kyle Resmondo, the co-founder of MK RED.
