New luxury condominiums built in this 19th-century warehouse just hit the market.

This past June, Orleans Properties added six units to its luxury condominium located at 220 Decatur Street. The developer transformed an aged warehouse into a multi-use development that has 22 units and two commercial spaces.

As the luxury condos hit the market, Curbed NOLA has inside photos of unit #406. If you’re looking for an alternate digital viewing experience, check out the virtual tour of the unit provided by Orleans Properties.

The asking price for unit #406 is $499,000, about $518 per square foot. HOA dues are $311/month.

The property sits two blocks from Canal Street and three blocks from Woldenberg Park.

The 963-square-foot condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Highlights include chrome fixtures, large windows, and tall ceilings. The open floor living room is decked out with exposed brick, while the windows overlook Decatur Street.

The kitchen comes with Viking appliances, marble countertops, and a spacious island with a sink.

The master bedroom is complete with exposed brick walls, ample closet space down, and a master bathroom with marble finish.

Amenities include room service, house keeping, onsite security and video monitoring of common areas, and sound barriers.
