In late 2015, Curbed New Orleans reported on a condominium planned near the foot of the Piety Street Bridge at Crescent Park. This week, the developer began to take reservations for the planned units.
Right now, MLS sites have eight units listed at 3220 Chartres Street. Units range from $475,000 to $825,000. All listed units have two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Details on completion dates have not been released by the developer.
The units range from 1,647 to 1,979 square feet. There are no other disclosed details that differentiate the units.
All buyers, according to the listing, will have the option to choose between three interior design styles after purchase.
The first floor will be reserved for two commercial units, totaling 1,550 square feet.
In total, this $5.5 million, four-story luxury development will have 24,000 square feet and 12 residential units.
