Nelson Street at Hamilton Street

You can rent this renovated Craftsman home near South Claiborne Avenue for $1,400/month. Measuring at 1,100 square feet, this home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. At first glance this home has a sizable front yard, pitched roof, and a roomy sitting porch. It has a deep and open floorplan. Its kitchen comes furnished with standard appliances. Its master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Though, no pets are allowed under its rental agreement.

Decatur Street at Governor Nicholls Street

At $1,500/month you can live two blocks from Esplanade Avenue in the French Quarter. At 700 square feet, this third-floor unit has one bedrooms and one bathroom. It has exposed beams, large windows, and hardwood flooring. Amenities include its complex’s elevator, on-site laundry, and a shared courtyard. No pets are allowed under its rental agreement.

This adorable Uptown home with a large sitting porch and off-street parking rents for $1,500/month. Measuring at 1,200 square feet, this home has two bedrooms and one bathroom. Highlights include its 9-foot ceiling, airy kitchen, and included washer and dryer. A larger backyard sits at its rear. Depending on their size and quantity, pets may be allowed in this unit.

3310 Jena Street

At $1,550/month, you can rent this giant Broadmoor apartment with off-street parking. This 1,400-square-foot apartment has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has hardwood flooring, large windows, and ceiling fans. Its kitchen comes with standard appliances and granite countertops. It also has an in-unit washer and dryer. Though, we’re in love with this home’s open and airy rooms. Both cats and dogs are allowed under its rental agreement.

Ursuline and Rampart Street

You can rent a unit in this 19th-century complex for $1,600/month. Measuring at 695 square feet, this unit has one bedroom and one bathroom. We’re in love with its exposed beamed, exposed brick, and reclaimed floors. Its kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. This home also has an in-unit washer and dryer. Off-street parking is optional. Pets will be considered under its rental agreement.
