At 200 square feet, this studio apartment is tiny—but it comes fully furnished with all the essentials (including a futon, AC unit, and petite refrigerator) and a prime French Quarter address. The $595/month rent includes water, electricity, and cable. No pets allowed.
This two-bedroom, one-bathroom shotgun in the 7th Ward asks $650, but it’s pretty bare-bones: there are no appliances and no air conditioning units included. However, the unit does boast beautiful features including high ceilings, transoms, crown molding, wood floors, and mantels. No word on the pet policy.
