This gorgeous mansion on Milan Street in Uptown just got another price chop. Originally, it hit the market at $2,250,000; now it’s asking $1,650,000.

Within its 3,020 square feet of grandeur are a formal living area and floor-to-ceiling shuttered windows. Also within the four-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom manse (which includes a guest suite) is a wrought-iron staircase with an elevator tucked underneath.

Highlights in the kitchen include modern pendant lights, marble countertops, an exposed brick chimney, and stainless-steel Thermador appliances.

There’s also a wet bar—always a perk.

The wet bar is not the only feature that makes the home ripe for entertaining. It also boasts a deep patio with ceiling fans and a brick courtyard. The master bedroom suite features a balcony that overlooks this inviting space.

Enticed? Check out the property during open houses from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, December 15—it will feature raffles and snacks.
