In late 2017, Woodward Interest and Audubon Capital Partners started construction on their $50 million mixed-use development. Architect Trapolin-Peer recently finalized renderings of this massive development.

Located at 730 Julia Street, this mixed-used development will sit across from the Crescent City Farmers Market and two blocks from Lafayette Square, this new development will span 307,000 square feet. It will have just under 200 one- and two-bedroom apartments, and over 140 off-street parking spaces.

Other highlights include a penthouse-level entertainment lounge, fitness center, a rooftop dog run, and two courtyard that total 11,000 square feet.

The developers plans for this condominium to be complete by April of 2019.

While retail space will consume the first floor, Canal Street Beat reports that the developer still has 16,00 square feet of retail space available. Right now, Stirling Properties has listed retail space between $38/square foot to $50/square foot.
