4904 Iberville Street

For $1,400/month, you can rent this sizable apartment near City Park Avenue and Canal Street in Mid-City. While there’s no documentation on floorspace, the home does have two bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. It has a sizable living room and large bedrooms. Its kitchen has bar-top seating. Both cats and dogs are allowed under the home’s rental agreement. But there’s no off-street parking.

Near St. Claude Avenue

In Bywater, this apartment near St. Claude Avenue rents for $1,500/month. After a major overhaul, you’ll find its original pinewood floors, tall ceilings, and an open floorplan. Its spacious kitchen has a center island and is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Measuring a 1,000 square feet, this home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. No pets are allowed. However, this home does come with two off-street parking spots. You’ll also find a shared pool at patio at the rear of the home.

Esplanade at Marais Street

This 7th Ward apartment in a double-gallery complex is on the market for $1,500/month. Facing Esplanade Avenue, the complex sits on a landscaped lot. The unit for rent has hardwood floors, tall ceilings, and ceiling fans. Its kitchen comes equipped with appliances. Other amenities include a shared washer and dryer, pool, and patio. While there’s no documented square footage, the home has one bedroom and one bathroom. The owner allows both cats and dogs in the unit.

4533 Lasalle Street

You can rent this sizable apartment that sits a block from the Ferret Street for $1,500/month. The renovated unit has two bedrooms, one bathrooms, and 1,000 square feet of floorspace. Its interior is simple but functional. You’ll find spacious rooms, tile flooring, and ceiling fans. It also has an in-unit washer and dryer. Out back is a shared green space. The unit comes with an off-street parking spot. Both cats and dogs are allowed.

Walmsley Street at Octavia Street

Part of this renovated Arts and Crafts double near Broadmoor wants $1,600/month. At 1,200 square feet, the home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We love its gleaming hardwood floors, tall ceilings, open floorplan, and closets. The home also comes with an in-unit washer and dryer. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis. But the home does have off-street parking.
