In Mid-City you can rent this apartment in this renovated cottage for $1,350/month. The apartment sits less than two blocks from the Canal streetcar line. The unit has two bedrooms, one bathroom, and 905 square feet of floorspace. You’ll find tall ceilings, mantels, and hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen comes with appliances and granite countertops. The unit also comes with a washer and dryer. There’s no mention of any pet policy.

2828 Cambronne Street

You can rent this two bedroom apartment in Leonidas for $1,395/month. The renovated unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. However, there isn’t any documentation on square footage.
